There are times when items need to be returned, we totally get it. However we ask the item be returned in unused, brand new condition.

EXCHANGES :

ghw offers exchanges on products of the same family. You will be responsible for additional shipping charges. Product you exchange for may not be in stock - please allow 1-3 weeks to receive your new item.
